Shomit holds a Masters Degree in International Marketing from Sheffield UK. He also holds an MBA in Business Management from the London School of Business. He has extensive experience in managing various London based entities engaged in outsourcing and also handling outsourced work. Among other assignments, he has served as a director of WBC group where he was responsible for mediating LPO work from the UK to India. He has vast experience in handling and managing BPO and LPO work. Shomit has also worked as a business consultant with Tier 1 Law firms in the UK. Shomit has also served as head of service delivery in Dixons group, one of the top retailers in the UK, where he was managing and coordinating a fleet of 5000 engineers and 350 Retail stores across the UK, including Harrods and Selfridges. He holds a cool head with a flair for managing crisis situations and people.
